Consultations
Consultations are by appointment six days a week, and evenings on weekdays. We treat most small animals including dogs and cats, birds, rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, rats, mice and reptiles. Emergencies will be seen with priority.
Each consultation is carried out in one of our large fully equipped consulting rooms and attended by both an experienced veterinarian and a veterinary nurse. The veterinarian will carry out a thorough clinical examination and the nurse will be able to assist you in holding and comforting your pet. Should any further diagnostic tests be required, for example, blood testing or radiology, these can be performed in house and often on the same day. If treatment is required we will outline all of the current treatment options and work with you to tailor an individual and specific treatment plan.
We believe in preventative health care and know the importance of an annual physical examination. All annual health checks begin with a full clinical examination of your pet to detect any possible issues and encompass many aspects including dentistry, dermatology and cardiology. They also give you the opportunity to discuss your animal's health with the vet with regard to
